“Carter has some of the quickest hands I have seen in my tenure as a head coach in the state of Maryland. He makes unbelievable saves consistently on top of the shots that he is supposed to save. He is a leader on defense because of how he communicates and dictates what he wants his defenseman doing both on the ball and off the ball. Carter is the type of goalie that can keep you in a game when his defense is not having the best day in front of him, because of his pure ability to stop the ball.”
